About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to lead our outbound marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling product narratives, developing effective go-to-market strategies, and driving customer engagement. Your efforts will directly contribute to BizzyCar's growth and the success of our innovative solutions in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Analysis :

Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for product positioning and differentiation.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging :
  • Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.

  • Translate complex technical features into customer-centric benefits.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy :
  • Plan and execute product launches, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely delivery.

  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and other stakeholders to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Content Development :
  • Create and manage a variety of marketing materials, including sales collateral, presentations, case studies, and digital content.

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates product value propositions.
  • Sales Enablement :
  • Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, training, and information to effectively sell BizzyCar's products.

  • Develop and deliver product training sessions and create sales enablement materials.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting :
  • Track and analyze the performance of product marketing initiatives using relevant KPIs.

  • Gather feedback from customers and sales teams to refine messaging and strategies.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar role.
  • Startup experience is a must; familiarity with fast-paced, growth-oriented environments is essential.
  • Proven track record of collaborating within Product Management teams to deliver successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing principles, market research methodologies, and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and simplify complex concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
