Developer Standard III

Position Title : Developer Standard III

Location : Washington, DC 20433

Duration : 8 Months - Long Term Contract

Hybrid Onsite : 4 Days per week from Day1

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Management Manage the product backlog, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria .
• Work closely with development teams to ensure timely, high-quality feature delivery.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product adoption and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and UX designers.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement Stay current with AI / ML trends and emerging technologies relevant to knowledge management.
• Experiment with new approaches to improve mAI's / search capabilities and user interactions.
• Lead A / B testing and data-driven decision Foster a culture of innovation and rapid iteration within the team.
