What You'll Do :

Greet and screen all individuals entering the location to help to deter unauthorized access and identify potential risks.

Verify identification and credentials of visitors, patients, and / or staff in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.

Provide customer service by assisting individuals with directions and information as needed.

Monitor entry points and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management or site leadership.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Support emergency response activities as directed by site leadership and Allied Universal.

Maintain accurate logs and records of screening activities and any incidents that occur during the shift.

Minimum Requirements :

Vaccines are required for hospital positions.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
