Registered Nurse (RN) – Med-Surg\nLocation : Gainesville, FL\nJob Type : Full-Time, Permanent\nShift : Nights (Rotating Weekends)\nSign-On Bonus : Up to $25,000\n\nOverview : \nWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Surgical Unit within the Med-Surg department. The RN will provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care to surgical and medical patients.\n
• Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and perform treatments.\n
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans with healthcare team members.\n
• Maintain compliance with safety and infection control standards.\n
• Mentor and support new nursing staff as needed.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.\n
• Active RN license in Florida or Compact RN License.\n
• Current BLS certification.\n
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience (Home Health, LTAC, SNF, Outpatient Rehab, or Corrections accepted).\n
