Position Overview : We’re hiring compassionate Behavior Technicians who are motivated to support others. Under the guidance of a BCBA, you’ll work with clients in various settings, using ABA techniques to meet personalized goals and support skill-building in areas like communication and self-care.

Responsibilities :

• Implement individualized behavior plans to meet client needs.
• Record and document client behaviors and achievements accurately.
• Promote social and life skills development.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere for skill growth.
• Work alongside other professionals to continuously refine interventions.
