Quality Engineering Associate Manager

You will be the Quality Engineering Associate Manager for the Quality Engineering team. Our team is responsible for delivering world-class quality solutions that enable mission success. As the Quality Engineering Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading quality initiatives that ensure product excellence and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Managing the quality team and overseeing services, documentation, and capital-equipment planning / tracking.
• Directing employee resourcing, development, and performance management of quality-engineering staff.
• Acting as the primary interface with external suppliers, vendors, and internal customers.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality procedures.
• Driving continuous-improvement and root-cause analysis across quality processes.
