Quality Engineering Associate Manager
You will be the Quality Engineering Associate Manager for the Quality Engineering team. Our team is responsible for delivering world-class quality solutions that enable mission success. As the Quality Engineering Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading quality initiatives that ensure product excellence and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Managing the quality team and overseeing services, documentation, and capital-equipment planning / tracking.
- Directing employee resourcing, development, and performance management of quality-engineering staff.
- Acting as the primary interface with external suppliers, vendors, and internal customers.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality procedures.
- Driving continuous-improvement and root-cause analysis across quality processes.

Basic Qualifications :
STEM Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or higher and / or equivalent experience / combined education.At least 6 years of related professional experience.Experienced professional in quality engineering, industrial engineering, or manufacturing / process engineering.Experience in project or personnel management or team lead experience.Excellent communication skills.Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.Desired Skills :
STEM Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.Active security Clearance.Experience in Calibration activities.AS9100 Audit activities.Experience in Hybrid Military Specifications (MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750), Industry Electronic Specifications (J-STD, IPC), and / or Mechanical Specifications (ASTM, GD&T).Strong Microsoft, SAP, PLM experience.Experience in failure analysis, corrective action, and presenting to top level management.Security Clearance Statement : This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
