Job descriptionOperate our business on the basis of high ethics and morals; integrity in all that we do is essential. Provide the highest quality shopping environment for our customers. Work to continuously improve professionalism as a retailer. Practice sound business doctrines and principles in all that we do. Be good stewards of all that we are entrusted with. Practice principles of team work with all employees and suppliers. Consistently meets or exceeds set standards involving the handling, stocking, wrapping of product, cutting, culling, ordering and the maintenance of the produce department. Cleans and sanitizes the produce department - including but not limited to coolers, cases, knives, tables, and floors. Ensure proper retails, billing, and costs. Monitor shrink. Conduct monthly inventory counts. Lift product up to 50 lbs. Customer service orientation, friendly personality. Experience in wrapping & cutting produce, rotating product, culling the department. Ability to get to work at assigned starting times & complete assigned shifts.
