What We Offer :

  • Competitive pay : $75,000 – $95,000 (DOE & certifications)
  • Sign-on bonus up to $7,500
  • Schedule : Mon–Thurs, half-days Friday – enjoy long weekends!

What You’ll Do :

  • Evaluate patients & develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based, hands-on care using advanced techniques
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team & communicate with physicians / insurers
  • Provide top-quality patient outcomes in a clinic known for excellence

    • Who You Are :

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) PT in Virginia
  • Graduate of CAPTE-accredited PT program
  • 1+ year experience (new grads welcome!)
  • Passionate about outpatient ortho, sports, and balance therapy
