  • Competitive Compensation : Enjoy a base salary of $460,728 per year , prospective bonus based on component based on WRVU productivity, and a $25,000 signing bonus upon contract finalization.

  • Exit Clause : A transparent 60-day notice ensures respect and clear communication.
  • Paid Time Off : Enjoy three weeks of paid time off plus 6 federal holidays each year to recharge.
  • CME Opportunities : One week off for CME annually, with reimbursement of up to $5,000.
  • Relocation Support : A $10,000 relocation allowance to ease your transition.
