Job descriptionPatient Consultations : Conduct virtual intake sessions to understand each patient’s health history, lifestyle, and goals. Treatment Planning : Collaborate with medical providers to develop personalized weight loss plans. Scheduling : Coordinate virtual appointments and follow-ups to ensure continuity of care. Education & Support : Offer guidance on nutrition, exercise, and healthy habits. Motivation & Accountability : Serve as a consistent point of encouragement throughout the patient’s program. Insurance Coordination : Verify telehealth eligibility, explain benefits, and assist with billing-related questions. Digital Health Management : Use telehealth platforms and EHR systems to document communications, track progress, and monitor adherence. Administrative Support : Maintain detailed and accurate records, assist with administrative tasks as needed. Experience : Minimum 2 years in a medical assistant, health coaching, or clinical support role. Healthcare Knowledge : Strong understanding of medical and wellness terminology, especially related to weight loss. Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to deliver complex information with clarity and empathy. Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and electronic health records (EHR). Equipment Requirement : Must have a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and phone. Workspace : Must have a quiet, professional home workspace. Preferred : Experience in weight loss, nutrition counseling, or wellness coaching. Work remotely as part of a mission-driven team. - Monday–Friday : 8 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM
- Saturday : 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
- Sunday : 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
