SUMMARY

As one of the key points of contact for our guests at the Maui Coast Hotel, the House Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring the operation of the housekeeping team and in delivering exceptional service for our guests and creating a welcoming experience throughout their stay.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate will have a knowledge and understanding that the Housekeeping Department and the House Attendant role play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and the overall appearance of the property.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily in accordance with our standards. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability needed to be successful in this job.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a House Attendant whom can cover both AM & PM shifts and join our housekeeping team. Shifts typically run 8am-4pm or 4pm-12 : 00am. Candidates must be available 7 days a week including holidays. We look forward to meeting you!

• Assist Housekeepers by replenishing supplies, delivering linens and stripping rooms.
• Assist with maintaining public spaces around the hotel
• maintains cleanliness of hallways, ice rooms, laundry rooms and stairwells
• Assists in stocking of housekeeping closets
• Respond to guest requests and report guest issues and complaints in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction
• Attend pre-shift meetings to learn assignments and the day’s tasks
• Follow Company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Requirements : QUALIFICATIONS

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $27.00 - $29.00 per hour depending on the shift

Expected hours : 32 – 40 per week
