Two pools, fitness center on site with nearby fitness and wellness options, such as The Courses at Watters Creek, Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve, and Russell Creek. Interiors renovations include granite and luxury vinyl plank.

Job Requirement for Apartment Housekeeper :

• Minimum 1 year Apartment Housekeeping experience REQUIRED
• Cleans vacant apartments for resident move-ins
• Cleans apartment community's office, club area, clothes care centers and storage area.
• Trashes out vacant apartments as required
• Assists with market readies as needed
• Works overtime, weekend, holiday and evening work as required
• Acts as a team member with all associates of the management staff
• Complies with all policies and procedures as outlined in the Operations Manual
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Property Manager
• Stable work history is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation
• There are 290 units on property!
