The ideal Front of House Executive will possess a high level of energy with confidence and edge. This person will be a well-maintained active individual with the physical ability to handle a busy work environment on a continual basis. The successful candidate will have similar industry experience in high volume full service quality-oriented restaurants and still have something to prove in his / her career. Prior work experience in an entrepreneurial environment with direct managerial responsibility in a restaurant producing gross sales in excess of $7 million is essential.
This person will have held various positions of increasing responsibility and have successfully managed comparable numbers of seats sales volume and staff. This individual will have the ability to increase sales through internal marketing strategies as well as pursue community involvement strategies. A keen understanding of the local marketplace and the competitors within is essential along with a willingness to focus on the details of executing previously successful or newly created marketing campaigns.
The Front of House Executive will be thoughtful in his / her use of the brand and market the restaurant in a way that is consistent with the brand. Fiscal responsibility with the understanding and ability to affect cost controls is important. This individual will have hands-on experience in this area and will have specific examples of how he / she improved a previous situation. The ability to identify trends and forecast business is essential.
A successful Front of House Executive will be able to communicate clearly and effectively with multiple layers of people between staff management support center guests and the community at large. This person will also communicate the vision for the future on a regular basis. Lastly the ideal candidate for this position will be well-versed in operation with the ability to look at the restaurant through a microscopic lens while managing global progress.
The Front of House Executive is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant including the selection development and performance management of addition they oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. The Front of House Executive reports to the General Manager and Regional Vice and manage all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance to guest service. Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs including food beverage supply utility and labor costs. Responsible for ensuring that all financial (invoices reporting) and personnel / payroll-related administrative duties are completed accurately on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities
Cooperating with the General Manager
Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues.
Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints taking all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
Management of the office including day-to-day management of the office staff and office administration
Ensuring that all office workflows are carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
Providing general supervision including interviewing and hiring employee engagement personal attendance and training
Maintaining office equipment and supplies
Contributing to plans for the organizations progress and growth
Setting an example to team members of commitment and process expertise
Interacting and cooperating with all members of the organization
Front of House Executive requirements and qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Restaurant Management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Thorough understanding of the business process and management
Ability to coach others
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong problem-solving abilities
Highly developed organizational skills
Self-discipline initiative leadership ability and outgoing.
Pleasant polite manner and a neat and clean appearance.
Ability to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure that food and service meet appropriate standards.
