Requirements

Minimum Qualifications :

Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate electronic documentation.

Areas of Responsibility :

Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plan in accordance with the patient's need and physician's direction within the post-acute setting.

Supervision of physical therapist assistants, within scope of practice

Communication with interdisciplinary team with focus on case managing patient's needs, not minutes!

Salary Description

$45 - $55 / hour
