Job descriptionReviewing tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates Planning and managing personnel Maintain client relationships - knowledge of clients and all facets of the client's business Recommend / identify tax strategies that better position a client Understand client tax issues / research tax issues Assist other tax members with accounting responsibilities Must have 3+ Years of Public Accounting experience (with a CPA firm) Located near Ellicott City, MD Real upward mobility opportunities Non-micromanaging leadership Quick promotions Top tier bonus structure Medical, Dental, Vision Capped busy season hours (typically 40-55 MAX) Strong PTO 401(k) Match Paid holidays
