Ability to stand for long periods Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Preferred : Food Handlers Card / ServSafe Certification Ability to work with computers Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
Shift Manager
The Shift Manager plays an important role in training, developing and leading the crew. Serves as a critical part of the leadership team, helping the restaurant serve the most flavorful chicken and coordinates a smooth end to end operation to provide an exceptional Customer Experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan his / her shifts
- Verifies compliance of procedures and protocols
- Attends and resolves problems as they appear in the restaurant operation
- Assist the General Manager
- Coach and lead a team with no supervision
- Involves himself in the operational and technical training of employees
- Maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and full of energy
- Verifies customer satisfaction / Handles customer complaints
- Applies a continuous improvement mindset to processes and procedures
- Open / close restaurant
- Assist with inventory (logging)
- Assist with staffing needs
- Assist with controllables and labor
- Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
- Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures

Starting from USD $16.00 / Hr.
