Lead Preschool Teachers & Infant / Toddler Lead Caregivers

Overview

We have continuous recruitment at all of our campuses for Preschool Teachers and Infant / Toddler caregivers, for full-time, part-time and substitute / on-call roles.

Base pay range : $20.60 / hr - $25.00 / hr

The Cole Academy provides Hawaii's finest nationally accredited early childhood education and childcare for children ages 6 weeks through 6 years. Our preschool and daycare services are available year-round and island-wide.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Center Director, establish and implement goals and objectives using our developmentally appropriate curriculum that meet the individual needs of the children.
• Establish and maintain regular, ongoing communication with parents.
• Maintain a positive, nurturing attitude towards each child and ensure the health and safety of the children in the care of the Academy.
• Follow Cole Academy policies and procedures, DHS licensing rules and regulations, and NECPA guidelines for developmentally appropriate practices for preschoolers.
