Georgia Licensed Tax Director

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Tax to lead income tax compliance and support tax strategy development.

Key Responsibilities

Manage annual and quarterly tax GAAP and Statutory tax provision processes

Review U.S. federal, state, and local tax returns and manage relationships with external consultants

Ensure compliance with indirect tax functions and manage tax responses to audits

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 4 years of equivalent experience

7+ years of tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax department

Proficient in tax code and regulations, with strong knowledge in ASC 740

3+ years of experience as a team leader

CPA and / or Master's of Taxation is a plus
