We're looking for an FP&A Manager to partner directly with the CFO and other key leaders in the organization to lead the budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, business strategic analysis, and reporting functions of the business. Your core responsibilities will be to develop and execute on processes related to financial and operational analysis, modeling, forecasting and reporting to ensure efficient financial operations and performance to budget, achievement of OKRs, and execution against the value creation plan. You will work cross-functionally to review and analyze business and operations results on a recurring and ad hoc basis, develop insightful recommendations for business improvement, develop business / investment plans, lead cost optimization activities, and support strategic business decision-making.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain complex financial / operating models to forecast our financial performance over the next 12-24 months.
  • Lead the budgeting process to create and operational budget and track performance against key targets.
  • Develop scenario analyses that support our long-term strategic planning processes and collaborate with company executives to make strategic decisions that support growth and operational improvement.
  • Lead preparation and development of monthly financial reporting, board materials, lender reporting, monthly business reviews, and various presentations and reporting outputs.
  • Develop and maintain a monthly operations reporting that informs company leadership on business performance and provide insight into areas where performance can be improved.
  • Participate in M&A evaluation, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration activities to enable value creation.
  • Perform other ad hoc analyses and help drive cross functional projects.
  • Maintain a high standard of security awareness, ensuring data protection and compliance in all aspects of work.

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 3 5 years experience in strategic finance, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting (preferred with software companies).
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulations.
  • Strong project management and critical thinking / problem solving skills with a track record of successful strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with executives and teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to provide valuable insights into both operational and financial aspects.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and KPIs related to SaaS businesses.
