About the Unit

The Heart Failure Unit (5E) at Christiana Hospital is a 36-bed specialized unit, including 12 beds dedicated to post-operative open-heart patients. These patients require step-down level care and may present with complex needs such as chest tubes / drains, large bore central line catheters, and external cardiac pacing wires. They are closely monitored and receive daily multidisciplinary rounding, including oversight from cardiac surgeons.

Annual Compensation Range $121,180.80 - $193,897.60

This pay rate / range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
