Role Summary :

Plastic Ingenuity is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our IT Team! The IT Technician Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study.

Accountable for :

• Executing and documenting results of detailed business / user acceptance test scenarios & test cases.
• Assisting in inventory management and asset tracking for IT equipment.
• Creating documentation for IT and business processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Supporting end-users with technical issues or applications, escalate cases when appropriate.
• Assisting with delivery, training, and instructional documentation for employees and end-users.
• Assisting with patching and contribute to security awareness training sessions.
• Assisting with computer refresh projects and work on inventory life cycle.
• Gaining exposure and experience in multiple IT areas to support professional development.
