Commissioning Engineer II

Overview

The Commissioning Engineer II is responsible for Level 15 commissioning of base building systems, security systems, life safety systems, Electrical, Mechanical, and EPMS / BMS systems in a Data Center environment. This role will oversee, document, and track various aspects of commissioning activities, including testing and validation of connectivity, network infrastructure, security, life safety, and other building subsystems and finishes, as well as electrical distribution equipment such as transformers, switchgear, UPS, STS, and PDU, plus cooling systems (Chillers, water loops / components, cooling distribution), Building Management and automation systems, and related equipment. The role also serves as a project manager and liaison to a third-party commissioning agent. Work hours may include nights and / or weekends to support construction / commissioning activities in data center environments. This is a platform role that may require travel to other sites around the U.S.
