What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises, including the business and surrounding perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access. Observe and report any security-related incidents or hazards to the appropriate personnel and / or authorities. Assist with access control, verifying identification and / or credentials as required by site policies. Support emergency response activities and assist with evacuations or other emergency protocols as directed. Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and / or other security-related activities as required by Allied Universal and client site procedures. Minimum Requirements : A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
