Insurance Producer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Producer . This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong sales acumen and a passion for helping clients find the right insurance solutions. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Prospect, develop, and close new insurance business.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent service.

Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.

Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and policy options.

Work collaboratively with underwriters and service teams.

Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.

Maintain knowledge of industry trends, carrier products, and compliance regulations.

Requirements :

Active insurance license (Life & Health and / or P&C, depending on focus).

2+ years of insurance sales or related experience preferred.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized with strong follow-up and client management abilities.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools.
