CNC Operator Trainee Location : 365 Haacke Drive, Chestertown, MD 21620

Work Hours : 2 : 30 PM - 11 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday

Pay Range : $17-$19 per hour + 15% Shift Premium

The Dixon Group is looking for a CNC Operator Trainee on 2nd Shift to join our team in Chestertown, MD! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who wants to learn valuable technical skills and work with advanced machinery. In this role, you'll be trained to set up and operate Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) mills and lathes to produce precision metal components. You'll learn how to inspect products against engineering drawings, identify machining issues, and make necessary adjustments-all while working in a supportive, safety-focused environment.
