Interested in IV sedation : Already certified or willing to get certified in IV sedation. Our Practice and Culture : Our practice is a busy, well-run general practice growing steadily through word of mouth and patient loyalty. We focus on high-quality work, staying on schedule, and treating people right. With restorative, preventative, and surgical care, including extractions, implants, and sedation, we can serve the majority of our patients in-house. You’ll be joining two experienced doctors, a strong group of assistants and hygienists, and a veteran support team that knows how to keep things moving. The systems are dialed in, the staff is cross-trained, confident in selling large treatment plans, and the handoffs between clinical and admin teams are seamless. We’re seeking someone who wants to step in, learn how we operate, and grow. Springfield offers the perfect balance between a relaxed lifestyle and urban convenience. Centrally located between Chicago, St. Louis, and Indianapolis, it’s ideal for those who want access to metropolitan amenities without the high cost of living.
