In this role, you'll work from home to help clients plan customized travel experiences including cruises, all-inclusive vacations, family trips, romantic getaways, group travel, and more. If you love travel, are passionate about helping others, and want to build a flexible remote career, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities :
- Research, plan, and coordinate personalized travel itineraries based on client needs and preferences
- Book flights, hotels, cruises, excursions, transportation, and travel insurance
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
- Stay up to date on travel trends, vendor promotions, and destination knowledge
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and social media
- Build and maintain client relationships and manage travel bookings through our preferred travel suppliers
