What do we expect from you?

We are looking for a Web Designer who will be responsible for creating great website designs for exceptional companies. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for websites, as well as creating visual elements.

Responsibilities

• Design Exceptional Websites

Create modern, clean, and user-centered website designs in Figma that reflect client needs and industry best practices.

Establish clear design directions by understanding brand guidelines, user personas, and project goals.

Develop and document style guides , design systems, and reusable components for clients to ensure visual consistency.

Work closely with project managers, developers, and fellow designers to bring projects from concept to completion.

Design internal projects, such as company marketing materials, landing pages, and brand assets.

Keep up with the latest web design trends, tools , and UX / UI best practices to enhance your skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Bring energy, creativity, and humor to the team. Contribute ideas for events, team bonding activities, and, of course, great jokes.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing website designs created in Figma (or similar tools like Adobe XD or Sketch).

Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect designs.

Strong conceptual thinking and ability to turn abstract ideas into beautiful, functional designs.

A meticulous eye for design details, ensuring visual consistency and high-quality standards across all projects.

A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Experience creating and documenting design systems or style guides.
