About This Role

Start Strong : As an entry-level marketer, youll be out in the field, representing FHIA Remodeling, and making an impact with our brand awareness canvassing campaigns

Learn and Grow : Achieve key milestones for promotion into managementusually within 3-6 months based on performance

Master Sales & Leadership : Get hands-on experience delivering presentations on energy-efficient windows, doors, and roofing. As you grow, youll train and mentor new team members, learn the business, and earn executive facetime

Expand Your Impact : Opportunities to manage teams, grow new canvassing markets, and even travel within Renuity to new locations

Leadership Potential : Whether through sports, military, or past work experience, youve shown you can lead and work as part of a team
