As a Production Lead, your goal would be to come alongside and develop individuals on your team through hands-on learning and personal mentorship. You would be responsible for the overall flow and quality of product through your department and managing the schedule to meet our customer's needs. As a leader at Kaas Tailored, you would have access to our excellent "Connect, Grow, Go" development system that would give you opportunities to experience high-level learning and personal development. This position begins with learning our production processes and company standards by shadowing current leaders.

Regular schedule is 5 : 45 AM - 4 : 15 PM, Monday - Thursday. Overtime opportunities on Fridays.

Essential Job Duties

• Provide timely and effective feedback to team members and open to receive feedback.
• Serve as a trainer / mentor to employees in the department.
• Creative problem-solver who knows the value of making small improvements.
• Follows standard work and understands its purpose.
• Leads by example with a high degree of integrity.
• Communicate effectively with a diverse team (verbally and written).
• Work with Production Manager and other area team leads to meet internal due dates.
• Escalate issues timely per the escalation standard.
• Confidently use technology including iOS devices, and a variety of programs (Outlook, Excel, Syspro).
• Use a variety of tools and understand how our product is built (we can teach you!).

Benefits Package Includes

Starting wage range, depending on experience, is $26.00 - $31.55 per hour.

PTO : Under 12 months 1 hour PTO for every 30 worked; After 1 Year 70 hours PTO; After 3 Years 110 hours PTO; After 5 Years 120 hours + 30 hours paid Holiday during Christmas week.

Holidays : Paid for 10 hours after 1 month of employment.

Medical / Dental / Vision Benefits : Eligible for coverage on the 1st day of the month following completion of 60 days of employment.

Tuition Assistance : Eligible after 6 months of employment.
