Join our maintenance team at Hershey's state-of-the-art fulfillment center in Annville, PA. The facility plays a critical role in strategic growth, leveraging advanced technology and expanding capabilities for customer growth. Work with Hershey leadership and 3PL partners to maintain equipment reliability and drive innovation.
Responsibilities
Install, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and monitor electrical and mechanical automated systemsComplete accurate, timely, and thorough job documentationRead and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical diagramsMaintain continuous system operation and respond to machine alarmsCollaborate with external suppliers and internal teamsCross-train peers and update system manualsServe as Hershey Maintenance representative on the production floorPropose and implement corrective actions and continuous improvementsUtilize SAP for maintenance tasks and documentationMinimum Education and Experience Requirements
3-5+ years of maintenance experience in military or industrial settings, ideally within complex manufacturing environmentsStrong troubleshooting skills (mechanical & electrical)Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLCs and Studio 5000 (preferred)Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical diagramsProficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systemsAssociate's Degree or Technical Certificate in Mechatronics or related field (preferred)Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with a team and perform physical tasksRequires successful completion of pre-employment skills assessmentsWork Environment
