 - Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their culinary skills.
 - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
 - Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service during events and dining experiences.
 - Handle catering orders and banquet services, coordinating logistics for large-scale events.
 - Conduct regular inventory checks and manage ordering of supplies as needed.
 - Maintain high standards of quality in food service management and customer satisfaction.
 - Qualifications
 - Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within the food industry.
 - Strong culinary experience with a focus on fine dining and catering services.
 - Demonstrated ability to manage kitchen staff effectively, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
