What You'll Do :

• Oversee Export Cargo Documentation : Coordinate and resolve export documentation issues to ensure the prompt and accurate release of cargo.
• Collaborate Globally : Work closely with suppliers, customers, government agencies, foreign locations, and global ocean freight providers.
• Ensure Compliance : Manage the proper manifestation of all cargo to U.S. Customs using the Automated Export System (AES).
• Document Accuracy : Submit and review negotiable bills of lading, health certifications, and other required documents to facilitate seamless customs clearance.
• Facilitate International Trade : Create and verify commercial documents to ensure shipments are cleared smoothly at their destinations.
