Jefferson Healthcare is thrilled to announce that we are now accepting applications for Concierge Volunteers to join us in creating a warm and welcoming environment for patients and visitors at both our brand-new facility and our existing building !

As a Concierge, you'll be the friendly face that greets community members at our entrance kiosk, guiding them with care and kindness to their check-in destinations. You'll play a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth, stress-free experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

This is an especially important role during the first 90 days of our new building's grand opening, where your presence will help us set the tone for exceptional patient satisfaction and seamless access to care.

No prior experience required; customer service or healthcare exposure preferred.

Volunteer Shifts Options include Monday-Friday :

• Morning : 7 : 00 AM - 11 : 30 AM
• Afternoon : 11 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM
