We're looking for a versatile creative who can both conceptualize ideas and execute polished, production-ready work. This is a hands-on hybrid role that blends junior art direction with full production graphic artist responsibilities, including mechanical file preparation. Start as a contractor with the opportunity to grow into a full-time Junior Art Director.

Role Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and roll out creative ideas that effectively communicate strategy and align with client brand guidelines.
• Design across digital, print, social, OOH, POS, collateral, presentations, and experiential media.
• Produce production-ready mechanical files : resizing, preflighting, applying bleeds / crops, preparing vendor specs, and ensuring print and digital readiness.
• Retouch and color-correct images for multiple platforms.

Build, resize, and adapt digital creative (e.g., banner ads, social media creative, Google Slides, PPTX, Word).

Requirements

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).

Experience in Tourism, Higher Ed, Healthcare, or B2B / Tech a plus.
