Global Warranty Business And Client Operations Analyst

The role of the Global Warranty Business and Client Operations Analyst is critical to our day-to-day operations and will have ownership over all reporting and analysis for assigned countries (and / or) programs. The role is to ensure the right controls are in place for all processes and activities related to monthly reconciliation of the business.

How you will create an impact :

• Support and develop Standard Operating Procedure & Controls documentation connected to operating model / process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to define business requirements for a project or a process improvement.
• Ownership of monthly Premium Booking / Collections reconciliation for specific countries, regions or programs assigned.
• Identify root causes and solutions; work with Operations leadership, SMEs and support staff to define short- and longer-term required improvements.
• Work with Operations counterparts & business leadership to ensure requirements are accurately captured.
• Facilitate system updates, collaborate with cross-functional teams and support user acceptance testing to ensure that solutions meet the business needs.
• Contribute to project documentation such as business process documentation and other process workflow diagrams as required.
• Support assigned business as usual and recurring standard processes, including new product introduction, product pricing revisions, system error reviews & corrections and quarterly business reviews.
