Position : Machine Operator

Location : York, PA

Our client is a growing leader in the corrugated packaging industry, and we’re looking for skilled and motivated professionals with experience working on a Flexo Folder Gluer or Rotary Die Cutter. If you’re ready to bring your expertise, energy, and drive to a dynamic production environment, this opportunity is for you.

Available Shifts :

1st Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM, Monday–Friday

3rd Shift : 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM, Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do

  • Prioritize Safety : Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Operate & Set Up Equipment : Work with corrugated production machinery, including Corrugators, Rotary Die Cutters, and Flexo Folder Gluers.
  • Ensure Quality : Inspect, monitor, and adjust production runs to maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Maximize Efficiency : Drive machine uptime and productivity while minimizing waste.
  • Support Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce downtime.

What You’ll Bring

  • Hands-On Experience : Minimum 6 months operating corrugated packaging equipment.
  • Technical Skills : Strong understanding of equipment set-up, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
