Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager / Client Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing strategic advice on accounting and financial activities

Manage and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring quality and accuracy in financial reporting

Oversee all accounting functions, including the monthly close process and financial statement preparation

Required Qualifications

Approximately 8+ years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a management role

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting is required; CPA or MBA preferred

Significant expertise in Web3 (Crypto) accounting and / or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) accounting is a plus

Experience with core GL platforms like QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct

Strong ability to translate complex accounting concepts for non-financial stakeholders
