A company is looking for a Senior Tech Sales Support Specialist, EP.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and clinical support to Electrophysiology field staff and internal clients through various communication channels
Assess product performance, recommend system improvements, and document inquiries and product complaints
Train and support EP personnel, mentor new staff, and develop business processes and training materials
Required Qualifications
At least three years of direct experience in Electrophysiology or relevant clinical practice
Proven expertise in technical problem solving and troubleshooting in an Electrophysiology laboratory setting
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain organization
Exhibits adaptability and flexibility in a rapidly expanding division
Successful remote work experience preferred
