Position : Client Relations Leader
Location : Savannah, GA
Compensation : $68-72k plus profit share ranging for $8-10k per year Benefits : Healthcare from BCBS (50% employee paid), Accrued PTO, Cell Phone, Simple IRA Match.

Description :
Our client is a growing Commercial Landscape company that has a $5mm branch located in Savannah, Ga which provides Commercial Maintenance and Enhancement Services. Currently the branch has a 95% client retention rate and they have built a capable team. Due to growth, they need to add a new Client Relations Leader as they work to grow this branch to $7mm.
They use Aspire Software to manage Relationships and Operations and their clients consist of Distribution Centers, Churches, Shopping Centers, Apartment Complexes, Condo Associations and other commercial clients. This position ensure that clients are served with the best client service by educating the clients with thorough communication and improving the landscape with proactive problem solving.
Responsibilities : 1. Client Management
- Communicate effectively with clients and prospects
- Focus on the "Ideal Client"
- Ensure your clients are met with the highest degree of customer service.
- Be proactive to client's needs and respond to any calls by the end of the day
- You are the SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT for all assigned clients to build stronger relationship with client
- Build and uphold relationships with clients and potential clients throughout the community
- Coordinate critical responses with the Branch Leader
- Enter all new client / property information in Aspire and keep client information updated
- Assist clients in understanding their client agreement regarding expectations of CGI and client
- Educate the client regarding their property and their expectations
- Provide site / crew orientation for all projects with Operations Leader
- Retain at least 90% of annual contract accounts
- Provide solutions to clients' problems daily using the "Aspire" enhancement sales / estimate process
2. Site Management / Quality
Meet with client in regular intervals as proposed by the Branch LeaderResponsible for client satisfaction and quality controlMeasuring sites for accuracy and bid proceduresReview Crew Labor Efficiency, Team labor Efficiency and Site Audits numbers daily and correct where needed to bring properties back into line with their budgets.Present numbers and solution needed weekly to Branch Leader.Problem solve and implement solutions on any property issues to bring the property back into line with contract and company expectationsMonitor client issues through Aspire software and respond to Operations Leader regarding solutionsEnsure GANNT charts are processed for each property they managePerform Site Audits (ASPIRE) on each property monthly3.
