RN Manager Trauma Program

Job Qualifications

Education:

• Nursing degree required.
• BSN required

Experience:

• Minimum of three years caring for trauma patients required in an acute care setting- RECENT

Licensure/Certification:

• Current registration in the State of NH as a Registered Nurse
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required. CEN certified preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing and maintaining a cost-effective system of care for trauma patients and their families throughout their care in the continuum at CMC.
• The Trauma Program Manager will also serve as a liaison and resource between the hospital and EMS providers, Fire Services, Ambulance Services and Police.
• The Trauma Program Manager will also develop and maintain a relationship with the EMS medical Director and NH State trauma authorities, serving on various committees as appropriate.
