Senior Brand, Content & Communications Manager

THE ROLE

Rail District Ventures is hiring a Senior Brand, Content & Communications Manager to own brand execution, content strategy, PR management, and communications across our growing portfolio of companies.

This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, structure, and strategy. Youll work directly with the CMO to ensure we show up clearly and consistently (internally and externally) while leading creative execution and building brand pride across the organization.

This is a fully in-office role based in Birmingham, MI.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Own brand positioning, messaging, and voice across all RDV companies
• Lead content strategy, editorial planning, and publishing cadence
• Shape PR and thought leadership efforts that build credibility and visibility
• Craft executive messaging and internal communications that feel clear, human, and aligned
• Oversee website copy and brand storytelling across channels
• Partner closely with Growth Marketing to ensure great storytelling also drives results

• 5+ years of experience in brand, content, communications, or PR-adjacent roles
• Strong writing, storytelling, and messaging skills
• Experience working with media partners
• Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership
• Comfortable partnering closely with executive leadership
• Thrives in a collaborative, fully in-office environment
