Valid RN license in Missouri or compact state.

Certifications Requirements

ACLS & BLS certifications are required.

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of critical care experience, ICU or Step-Down.

Comfortable with ventilator patients and critical procedures.

Other Requirements

Must Haves : ACLS & BLS, critical care experience.

Soft skills : Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork.

Physical demands : Ability to handle high-stress situations.

Job Responsibilities

Provide critical care nursing to ventilator-dependent patients in an LTAC environment.

Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting treatments as necessary.

Administer medications and interventions in accordance with physician orders.

Manage ventilators, IVs, and life-support equipment.

Document patient care accurately and comprehensively.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
