What You'll Be Doing

As a Project Engineer, you'll serve as a key contributor to the structural design and detailing of ambitious commercial, institutional, and high-rise developments. You'll collaborate directly with senior engineers, architects, and consultants to bring innovative structures to life from concept to construction documents.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include :

  • Designing and detailing complex steel and concrete structural systems
  • Producing calculations and analysis to support compliance with seismic and building code requirements
  • Working closely with drafting teams in Revit and coordinating with external AEC partners
  • Participating in internal design reviews and external project meetings
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to knowledge-sharing across teams
  • Developing skills in technical leadership and project ownership

What We're Looking For

  • 3-6+ years of experience in structural engineering and building design
  • Master's degree in Structural Engineering from a U.S.-based university
  • Strong command of Type I construction methods (steel and concrete systems)
  • Proficiency in Revit and structural analysis tools
  • Understanding of seismic design , current building codes , and multidisciplinary coordination
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Willingness to relocate to Los Angeles (relocation support available)

  • Familiarity with DSA or OSHPD / HCAI requirements
  • Clear communicator and strong team player
  • Passion for architecture, sustainability, or advanced structural systems
