Required Qualifications

10-12 years of experience in software development with a focus on system architecture

8+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails

Experience in Agile and TDD environments building SaaS applications in the cloud (AWS)

Proven track record of leading projects and mentoring engineers

Deep understanding of API design and best practices
