Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success professionals through coaching and training
Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on client retention and identifying upsell opportunities
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex client issues and conduct strategic client engagement activities
Required Qualifications
4+ years of Customer Success experience, including 1-2 years in a team lead or mentoring role
Experience in legal tech or professional services with knowledge of small to mid-sized firm operations
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining high client satisfaction
Experience in training and developing junior team members
Expertise in managing complex client escalations effectively
