Kelly Hagar State Farm is seeking a creative and data?driven

Marketing Specialist

to elevate our brand presence across Palm Beach Gardens and surrounding communities. Youll design and execute multi?channel campaigns, manage social media engagement, and support community?outreach initiatives to drive lead generation and expand client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and analyze digital and traditional marketing campaigns (email, social, print, events).

Manage and grow our social media profiles with engaging content and timely responses.

Support cross-marketing efforts for multiple State Farm locations

Coordinate community sponsorships, local events, and partnership activations.

Track campaign performance using analytics tools; produce insights and recommendations to optimize ROI.

Collaborate with agency leadership to align marketing tactics with business goals and compliance requirements.

ChatGPT and proficiency in excel under the analytical section.

Develop, implement and track a monthly marketing plan and budget aligned with corporate and local campaigns / events

Attend marketing events

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.

2+ years experience in B2C marketing, preferably in insurance or financial services.

Proven ability to craft compelling copy and visuals for digital channels.

Strong analytical skills with hands?on experience in Google Analytics, email platforms, or CRM.

Self?starter with excellent project?management and collaboration abilities.
