Job descriptionACTIVE IL License : REQUIRED IL DEA : REQUIRED CSR : REQUIRED ACTIVE Board Certified or Board Eligible (Within 5 years of residency) : REQUIRED Clean Malpractice (Due to expedited credentialing) : REQUIRED 25-30 patients under treatment per day, both locations. Cases - External beam treatments, OTV's and follow ups Procedures required - on site supervision for compliance, checking SRS's, on treatment visits, occasional follow up or consult. EMR / Charting : EPIC Will Candidate Work Solo? Yes On Call? No Locum will be responsible for patient evaluation, simulation and dosimetry treatment planning, prescription for radiation therapy, weekly assessments of patients under treatment, and post-treatment patient follow-up. The physician is also responsible for checking daily images for verification of alignment and accuracy of treatment.
