Job descriptionGenerous PTO policy, including paid holidays, vacation, and sick time nnual discretionary performance bonus (target : $2,500) Level- and tenure-based promotion bonuses Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Long-Term Disability (LTD), and 401(k) retirement plan Certification reimbursement (CMU and ARDMS / ARRT / CCI) Free parking and mileage reimbursement Structured hands-on training in General Ultrasound dditional clinical training and support from your Sonographer Manager post-program Ongoing support during the first six months and beyond Independently perform general, vascular, and cardiac ultrasound procedures with remote support Complete preliminary reports for physician interpretation Provide compassionate, white-glove service from patient check-in through exam completion Serve as a liaison, fostering positive relationships with patients, clinic staff, and medical providers re driven by the impact of early detection on patient outcomes Enjoy working in a primary care setting re excited about using cutting-edge technology to elevate patient care Have a proactive, team-oriented mindset - no task is too big or too small Hold certification in one or more of the following registries : Echocardiography : ARDMS - RDCS or CCI - Client or RCS re open to completing a multi-week, fully paid cross-training program in General Ultrasound Have at least 12 months of experience performing Vascular and Echocardiography procedures re physically able to assist patients and lift equipment as needed re fully vaccinated or willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine and booster (medical and religious exemptions are permitted) Minimum 12 months of experience in Vascular and Echo procedures Vascular Ultrasound Certification : ARDMS - RVT (VT), ARRT - RT (VS), or CCI - RVS Echocardiography Certification : ARDMS - RDCS or CCI - Client or RCS
Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, an excellent communicator, and willing to participate in a fully paid, 3-week cross-training program in Alabama, if required.
Position Details :
- Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
- Service Area : 5 clinics in the Syracuse, NY region - Cortland, Liverpool, Manlius, Skaneateles, and Syracuse
- Shifts : No nights, weekends, or on-call duties
- Hourly Pay Rate : $52.00
- Yearly Base Salary Range : $87K to $108K
