Network/System Engineer

Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Coordinator - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end logistics of midrange compute hardware. The ideal candidate will validate requirements, procure servers and components, manage inventory, and coordinate the shipment and delivery of hardware to data centers, ensuring effective communication between internal teams and external vendors. This position has a hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Validating requirements and processing midrange compute requests
• Procuring servers and integrated rack components through established workflows (e.g., expense management, purchase requests, and purchase orders)
• Managing inventory logistics, including tracking, allocation, and availability
• Completion of all engagement and logistics tasks for assigned projects
• Coordinating shipment and delivery of compute hardware to data centers
• Facilitating effective communication and coordination with internal partners, external vendors, and consumers

Requirements:

• 2+ years of midrange server hardware and infrastructure experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills
• Project management experience
• Service request fulfillment experience
• Pro-active work ethic with the ability to work independently as well as with guidance
• MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) experience
• BMC ITSM Remedy experience
• DELL HPE server configuration experience
• GepSmart experience
• ServiceNow experience

Pay Range: $60.24 - $68.24
